With the post-pandemic recovery now starting to take shape, many people are seeking new jobs, and many businesses are looking to bring on new employees as they re-open and plan for a brighter future ahead.
The DL: With the recovery from the recession starting to take shape, many businesses are looking to hire new employees. This is an opportunity for LinkedIn, which has launched new features designed to help businesses get the most out of their company pages. LinkedIn has added a new feature called the Primary Workplace, which will allow businesses to list their flexible working conditions in the top portion of their on-page displays. It will also help them attract a wider pool of candidates amid the ongoing shift to WFH.
LinkedIn launched its My Company tools in February. These tools allow employees to communicate with each other and simply organize their content. They’ll notify employees when new content is added to the platform, and they’ll also know how to help amplify their messages. The My Company Tab also shows a dynamic view of the content that others are sharing.
Much like Facebook’s Pages To Watch, LinkedIn’s Performance Benchmarks give you a basic comparison between how other Pages are performing on the platform. But, like Facebook, they only provide basic metrics as a comparison, so it could be more of a disincentive way to reaching goals.
This new feature will give you a lot of context around your results, and how they compare to others in your industry. It will also help you measure and improve your engagement rate. Will you be checking out this new feature?
