The Alamo Ranch Community Association Annual Meeting of the Members will be on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Cole Elementary and by Zoom Conference Call.

Check-in for the meeting will begin at 6:00 PM. The meeting will start at 6:30 PM. Official notice and Absentee Ballots will be sent this month.

If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please see the information below. There are two open positions for the Board this year.

PATIO, POOL, STAINING YOUR FENCE OR PAINTING YOUR DOOR, ETC.

All exterior modifications need to be reviewed and approved by the Association. Please submit your Architectural Modification Form and await approval before proceeding with any modifications. All forms are available on the community website.

LAWN MAINTENANCE
Please help keep your community beautiful by keeping your properties properly maintained. This includes keeping your lawns properly mowed, weeded, and edged; removing any trash, dirt, and debris from your property; removing dead trees, shrubs, and plants.

The Alamo Ranch Community Association Annual Trunk or Treat was a great success! Thank you to everyone who came out and had a great time! The Alamo Ranch Office is accepting payments by personal check, cashier's check, or money order. Payments may be dropped off at the Association Office drop box located by the entrance door or brought into the office during business hours. Please make check or money order payable to Alamo Ranch Community Association. (CREDIT CARDS AND CASH ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT FOR YOUR DUES)

  2. At the Association Office - Payments may be made in the Association Office in the form of a Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. Please make checks payable to: Alamo Ranch Community Association and include your home address or account number.

DUE DATES
HOA Payments are due on the 1st of every quarter.

NOTE: Late fees are charged on accounts when payment is not made by the 30th of the posting month.
