BELLE CHASSE TUNNEL LANE CLOSURE

BELLE CHASSE, LA. - The Belle Chasse Bridge and Tunnel Replacement Project announces an update to today's temporary left lane closure.

Effective immediately, Plaquemines Parish is conducting a full closure southbound LA 23 at the Belle Chasse Tunnel due to debris on the roadway. Traffic will be detoured to the Woodlawn Bridge. Please follow for related updates as they become available.
