All dressed up and no place to go?
When appropriate, many of our member facilities have meeting space available with COVID safety measures in place. Maria, at the Quality Inn, is ready to help you host your meeting or gathering when you are ready.
The WorkReady program has many partners participating. Thank you BenchMark Physical Therapy- Gresham for being one of the virtual speakers. Reaching out to our youth with career opportunities in health care is one of Asha’s many goals.
Gresham strong? Heck yes!
Topic: Take a Sacred Pause

Give yourself the permission to pause and create sacred space - the space to consciously choose how you want to respond to our current situation. Let us take a Sacred Pause together, to step away from the 24-7 news, fear, and uncertainty, and rediscover the safe sacred place that is always inside us. Together, on an online Zoom call, we will regain a sense of balance with simple practices of EFT, breath, and meditation.

What should I do if I have a coolant fluid leak?
Get it fixed as quickly as possible. The engine coolant helps protect your engine from heat and cold. If it is low on fluid that protection is compromised and your temperature gauge gets info from the coolant temp sensor which measures temperature of coolant. If that level is low, it will not be accurate to tell you when you are overheating. A coolant leak can end up causing engine damage and a much more costly repair.
When you have a flood in your home or business, be cautious of electrical danger.
Be sure to follow these helpful hints-
  1. If you are unsure about electrical shock, stay clear of any rooms you may think are dangerous.
  2. Don't use television or other household appliances.
  3. Don't turn on ceiling fixtures if ceiling is wet, and keep out of rooms where ceilings are sagging.
American flags are required to be raised, lowered and flown at half-mast due to regulations. As a result, each flag on Main Street U.S.A. is missing a star and a stripe so they can be flown permanently.
Check in on your nutrition!
Zinc is necessary for production of healthy immune cells, wound healing, memory, mood, and inhibiting virus replication. Zinc is found in red meat, liver, oysters, beans, pumpkin seeds, cashews, and eggs.
