Costar News: Hilco Redevelopment Partners announced their acquisition of the decommission GenOn power plant on Alexandria's waterfront. This will be one of the most transformative developments in Alexandria, with Hilco committed to remediating and redeveloping the nearly 20-acre property. The Alexandria Economic Development Partnership will be closed on Thursday and Friday, 11/26-27.

The Carlyle Vitality Initiative will start its Annual Holiday Market virtually for one week before the in-person event. This year, shop online and preorder the perfect present prior to the in-person market. Pre-orders may be picked up on December 5th and 6th (depending on the respective vendors' availability) from 10 am to 7 pm.
