Christmas:
  • WCDPL closes at 5 pm, Wednesday, December 23
  • Remains closed Thursday, December 24 through Sunday, December 27
New Year's:
  • WCDPL closes at 5 pm Thursday, December 31, 2020
  • Closed Friday, January 1, 2021

Current Hours for Bowling Green & Walbridge:
Building Open Hours:
  • Mon., 11 am - 7 pm
  • Tues. - Sat., 11 am - 4 pm
  • Express service, in-person visits limited to 60 minutes, 1 visit per day.

Curbside Service Hours:
  • Mon., 9 am - 7 pm
  • Tues. - Sat., 9 am - 5 pm

Wed., 12/2, 2 pm. The Mary & Carl Bach Story via Google Meet. Mary Bach's violent death in 1881 continues to fascinate, and much local folklore has grown up around this event. Learn truths behind the folklore, when the Wood County District Public Library hosts a with Holly Kirkendall, the curator responsible for creating the Wood County Museum’s new exhibit, “The Mary & Carl Bach Story.” For instructions on joining the Google Meet session, send an email to woodref@wcdpl.org.

Hot Tip of the Week: The WCDPL Cookie Recipe Swap
is Coming.
Swap cookie recipes, stories, and memories
during this sweet virtual event on Google Meet.
Join in an exchange favorite cookie recipes on Monday, December 7 during a Google Meet session starting at 2 pm.

Participants receive an official Cookie Recipe Swap handout with recipes from previous years' winners of the library's popular Holiday Cookie Bake-off programs. YOUR favorite recipe will be in the Cookie Recipe Swap handout if you register by December 2.

To register, send an email to woodref@wcdpl.org with your name and a cookie recipe to receive instructions for joining the Google Meet event.

The Ohio Governor's Imagination Library, in partnership* with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library sends a free book each month to children from birth to age 5 who are enrolled in the Imagination Library program.
