Pairing the Flavors of Fall with 

Famille Perrin Wines

Join us, Wednesday, October 7th as we showcase renowned wines from Famille Perrin including  Château de Beaucastel, located in the Rhône Valley in southern France. Each of the evenings' four dishes incorporates chef José Gutierrez's French culinary roots and seasonal ingredients. The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. Cost with pairings is $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Guests are asked to make reservations by calling 901-683-9305.
 
For five generations the Perrin family has created exquisite wines. Their Château de Beaucastel is currently managed by brothers Jean-Pierre Perrin and François Perrin. The winery focuses on keeping the traditional methods established by their family over the decades, including organically-grown grapes and a 13 varietal blend.
