ENCORE EMPLOYMENT ENTERPRISE (E3)
Sometimes it’s about the timing.

When William Murph first spoke with the staff at Encore Employment Enterprise (formerly Encore Engagement Enterprise), he had been working in a part-time, government sponsored program and trying hard to find a full-time position that matched his previous work experience and education. Despite Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in social work, his job search seemed to go nowhere.

The staff met with him in late February and helped him to prepare a new, more focused resume. In early March, he began circulating and posting his new resume and, as he reported back, right away he began to get responses. Not every response was a good fit, but on April 29 he started his new job at Circle of Care, a nonprofit providing mental health/behavioral health services and chemical dependency treatment to community residents.

He informed the staff at Encore Employment Enterprise he was excited to tell them about the work and how the new resume had opened so many doors for him, allowing him to land just the right position. Congratulations, Mr. Murph!
