Constructing Safety Leadership Awards
Now accepting nominations from companies and individuals

Are you committed to safety? The SCSA's annual awards recognize companies, leaders and practitioners for safety excellence in Saskatchewan's construction industry. Submit a nomination today and tell us everything you do to prevent injuries, educate workers and encourage a positive safety culture.

Award winners benefit from peer recognition, professional achievement, public visibility and the advantage to set their company apart from others in the field.

All nominations must be submitted through SCSA's website and self-nominations are welcome!

Advisory Services Welcomes New Crew
Addressing those pains in the neck

Safety advisors in the Saskatoon office have spent time getting a few new crew members up to speed. The focus has been specifically on back safety and proper lifting techniques. Some of the crew are better listeners than others. Can you spot who?

Once this crew is fully onboarded and ready for site visits, our new and improved Back Demo will be available for booking.

You only get one spine in your lifetime - keep it safe and healthy by contacting your friendly neighbourhood advisors for more information.

Frame Scaffold Awareness
Welcoming workers from Ukraine

Last month, Robson Wall Systems reached out to book a scaffolding course for a group of Ukrainian workers. Several had arrived in Canada as recent as two weeks before. With help from a translator through the Ukrainian embassy, our trainers were able to accommodate this group.

Safety knows no language barriers - it was a great day of training, with lots of humour and cooperation. Groups with a special request are encouraged to contact training services.
