Jesus “took a little child” and said, “Whoever welcomes one such child…welcomes me.” Mark’s gospel (9:30-37) continues the story of Jesus teaching his disciples what following him truly means. We’ve been taught that means coming to Jesus with the “innocence of a child.” But that isn’t what Jesus meant. He meant something quite different. Join us this Sunday and we’ll find out together.
