PCN Holy Land Trip Departs

Our PCN tour group of 58 total travelers leaves shortly. This is the largest group we have taken, and it sold out quickly. There will be 40 going on the early extension to Egypt and Jordan. Three return to the States after Jordan, and then 18 more join us in Israel! We will have a full bus of 55 traveling through Israel on a memorable trip to many Biblical sites. Pastors Rick Koole, Rick Klug, and Jim Smith will lead the devotional times throughout the two weeks. Please be on the lookout for an announcement about our next trip in 2024 coming soon.

Dale Sellers is coming to the Mustard Seed conference! Dale is an author and the Executive Director of the 95Network. His heart is for equipping small churches to thrive and connecting weary church leaders with friends and partners who care. He'll be focusing on a range of topics under the theme of Healthy Church Strategies.

Hosted by Transformation Ministries, they have graciously given us a discounted price for PCN staff members: $99/pastor and spouse; includes refreshments and one-hotel night.

TACTICAL INCIDENT TRAINING

The recent shooting at the Covenant Christian School in Tennessee reminds us that we as churches need to be prepared for the unexpected. High Desert Church is hosting an event which aims to equip churches and schools with the skills to handle critical incidents and provide staff and attendees with the information to be prepared for any incident. Breakout sessions will feature training on active shooters and stop-the-bleed.

• JJ White (Swat commander who will share his experience at the Las Vegas Harvest Festival and how he and his wife narrowly escaped)

TWO-DAY MIRACLE

TJ & Jess McCall began their journey last year... to plant a new church at our old Palm Springs church location. Church planting can often be a roller coaster that tests the faith of any planter. The McCalls finally found a house to rent in the Palm Springs area, but needed to come up with a large deposit in two days in order to sign the lease. TJ asked for prayer, because he didn't know how they would get the funds in time. God miraculously provided through some generous donations. We praise God for his timely provision. Please keep the McCalls in prayer as they continue to raise funds and walk this exciting journey in Palm Springs.

PCN Seminary Library moves to Port Hueneme, CA

On Saturday, April 8, six fantastic volunteers moved the entire PCN library from its crowded location at The Word Church in Montebello to First Baptist Church in Port Hueneme, CA. We thank Pastor Sebastian Petz for giving the PCN Seminary a room at his church for so many years, but with a new donation of 5,000 more books from Fuller Seminary, they overwhelmed the room. We are grateful to Pastor Jovan Rosario at First Baptist for providing two rooms for our required library.

Invite your Spanish-speaking friends to our Men’s fellowship event on Saturday, June 24 in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara. Our guest speaker is Pastor Erick Zaldaña from Shadow Mountain Church Español. The cost is $20 before June 1 and $25 afterward. Includes lunch.
