Aetna Better Health of NJ and Aetna Assure Premier Plus (HMO D-SNP)

Update on using your linked Aetna contract in HHAeXchange: Providers currently servicing Aetna members will now be able to view your active member and authorization data imported via the linked Aetna NJ contract. If you were previously creating temp members or authorization, you no longer need to manually enter your data to schedule and confirm EVV visits. Please log into your HHAeXchange Provider Portal to review and validate the information received. For any discrepancies, please use the HHAX Communication tool to reach out to your payer for resolution.
