Partnering for safe and healthy communities.

Hot off the press and full of stories, statistics, and more, the 2022 Impact Report is now available for viewing. For years, Cornerstones of Care has been publishing an annual impact report to openly share about our organization and the unique ways that our work benefits the community. Inside, you’ll find a letter from our CEO, an update from our Ozanam Campus Day Treatment School, and a 2022 financial snapshot. We proudly continue this impact report tradition by inviting you to read our latest edition, share it with curious friends and neighbors, and learn more about our impact on children and families.
What's Inside:
  • Letter from the CEO
  • Family Preservation Team Addresses Truancy by Focusing on Parenting
  • Strong Future for Ozanam Campus Day Treatment School
  • FFT Helps a Family Find Motivation to Resolve Conflicts
  • Our Impact in 2022
  • Finances
On Wednesday, April 5, attendees gathered over virtual coffee for the 2023 Caring About Community Forum. Meredith Rose, Cornerstones of Care President & CEO, led the 40-minute public forum which highlighted organization-wide achievements from 2022, recognized key people, programs, and projects that impacted the organization, and informed the community about upcoming initiatives and opportunities in 2023.
Popular Plant Sale Pops Up This April
In-Person Shopping: April 28 & 29
Online Shopping: May 5-10

Stock up on plants for your home and garden while also helping children grow and thrive!

New this year, the plant sale will begin with two days of in-person shopping on April 28 and 29 at our Ozanam Campus greenhouse. Following the live sale, we will offer online shopping with specified pick-up days and times at the Ozanam Campus.

Proceeds from the 2023 Plant Sale will help support several Build Trybe programs, including the horticultural therapy program. The program gives youth the opportunity to spend time in a greenhouse, learn to grow and nurture plants and develop coping and life skills. Through this program, our youth gain work experience and feel a sense of pride and accomplishment as they watch their plants flourish.

Donate to support our Build Trybe programs, become a Plant Sale sponsor, and learn more by visiting our website.
New Monthly Giving Option for Donors
Our monthly giving program allows you the flexibility to determine an amount that will automatically be sent each month to support our work in trauma-informed care.

Here are a few ways monthly giving can benefit you:

  • You can schedule a monthly amount that works for you.
  • You can easily adjust your donation level if you decide to give more or less.
  • You will know that your monthly donation is impacting the lives of children and families in our area.

We suggest giving amounts beginning at $18.70 to honor our founding year. At $36.40 per month – less than $1.25 per day – your contribution will purchase a year of school supplies for more than four students in our care.

Setting up a monthly giving plan is easy and impactful. If you have questions, contact Sally Cook to learn more. Thanks for your support of Cornerstones of Care!

Stock up on plants for your home and garden, while also helping children grow and thrive! Our Plant Sale is so much more than a plant sale, and proceeds funnel right back into our horticulture program. Your purchases help fund seeds, supplies, stipends, and more.
