We have reached a great milestone of 1,000 PD Avengers. Thank you for signing up and supporting people with Parkinson's. Here is a "1,000 members" video message to you from co-founder Larry GIfford.
This is only the beginning of our journey.

We are building a global alliance of one million people with Parkinson's and their friends by the end of 2022. This will provide the awareness and urgency that is necessary to make change in how the disease is treated and seen.

The book that inspired PD Avengers to assemble is "Ending Parkinson's Disease" was written by Ray Dorsey MD, Todd Sherer PhD, Michael S. Okun, Bastiaan R. Bloem MD, PhD. Ray, Bas and Michael sat down with PD Avengers co-founder Larry Gifford for a discussion of the book and what actions need to be taken by everyone to end Parkinson's. The webinar was presented by Parkinson Canada.

Parkinson's Foundation project PD GENEration is Mapping the Future of Parkinson’s Disease is a national initiative that offers genetic testing for clinically relevant Parkinson's-related genes and genetic counseling at no cost for people with Parkinson’s disease. Participation can be either in-person at one of our participating Centers of Excellence sites or from home through a telemedicine appointment and at-home cheek swab collection kit.
