Baldwin County School District Safety Protocols
Please scan the QR code to download our district safety protocols to your phone. This code was designed with parents and stakeholders in mind. It is a great way to keep the information handy.
To ensure our employees, parents, and community members are provided with the most recent and accurate information, the Baldwin County School District will publish a weekly COVID-19 status report each Friday. The BCSD COVID-19 Weekly Status Report summarizes the new positive cases for the week within the student population attending school in-person as well as in the population of employees working in-person at our schools or in the district office. In accordance with the Georgia Department of Public Health, the school district will work diligently to ensure that proper guidelines are followed to isolate the student/staff diagnosed with COVID-19, identify close contacts and disinfect areas of the school when notified of a positive case.
We will continue to notify students and/or employees who have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 at their designated school or work location. Per privacy guidelines, no additional information will be shared regarding the individual(s) who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Our students and employees are doing a good job of mitigating the spread of the Delta variant in our school district. Please continue to protect those around you by wearing your mask, washing your hands, staying 3-6 feet apart, and maintaining a small social bubble. These simple measures are crucial in combating the spread of the coronavirus in our schools and community.

Family-School Partnership Program
Parent and Family Engagement is an ongoing process that increases active participation, communication, and collaboration between parents, schools, and communities with the goal of educating the whole child to ensure student achievement and success.
The Georgia Department of Education’s Family-School Partnership Program ensures that Title I, Part A parent and family engagement regulations are met with meaningful and strategic actions to build parent and school staff capacity as mandated by the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015. Schools and districts must ensure that strong strategies are in place to: 1) build capacity to engage parents/stakeholders in an effective partnership with the school; and 2) share and support high student academic achievement.
The Family-School Partnership Program believes that parents, schools, families, and communities working together can create meaningful partnerships that ultimately lead to significant gains across the board in student achievement.

Download the MyStop App Today!
Never worry about where your child's bus is ever again! Thanks to the new and innovative technology that the Baldwin County School District has invested in. As a result, parents of our students can now get real-time updates of their child's bus location through the MyStop app, which is available for download in the iTunes or Android marketplaces.
MyStop provides parents, and parents only, a live look at their child's bus while in transit using GPS technology. Parents can see the exact location of the bus as it's moving along its route and can even provide an estimated time of arrival.
