August 17, 2021
We are so thrilled to welcome all CCSD 89 students to the 2021-22 school year.
On Monday, the entire CCSD 89 staff gathered to prepare for helping every single student achieve success every single day of this school year!
Families should report tech issues through streamlined system
CCSD 89 families have a new way to report and track requests for technology support. All technology support requests can now be entered through the “incidentIQ” system at: https://bit.ly/89techsupport

Families begin their request by entering the guardian’s first name, last name, and email address, as well as the school their student attends. Families then use the menu to select the issue they are dealing with, such as: “Broken Chromebook” or “Application Missing From iPad”. Families can then add additional information to the technology request.

This new system allows the CCSD 89 technology team to easily track, prioritize, and respond to parent requests.
Please sign handbook and return to school
Your family will receive the 2021-22 Student-Parent Handbook when school begins. On the second page, families will find an acknowledgment form that must be signed and returned to school. If you have more than one student, you must turn in a form for each student. To see the handbook, go to: www.ccsd89.org/handbook
