Save the Dates to Meet Finalists
Dear Trinity Parents and Guardians,
With Matt Allio set to retire at the end of the next school year in 2024, Trinity's Head of School Search Committee has been leading a comprehensive, global search for the next Head of School ("HOS").
The Committee is very excited to announce that we have three excellent finalists, and we are eager for you to meet with them! All three finalists have very strong academic leadership experience and align well with Trinity's values, and we hope that you will warmly welcome each candidate.
As background, in selecting the finalists, the HOS Search Committee worked diligently to review and screen the applications and dossiers of numerous candidates. We then selected and interviewed seven semi-finalists to arrive at our three finalists. While the process of searching for a new HOS has been an immense amount of work, it has also been uplifting and encouraging to find that all of the candidates genuinely care about providing students with an excellent education in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Approximately two days before each candidate's visit, we will share the candidate's biographical information and a link to a survey, which we strongly encourage you to complete after the candidate's visit.
Parents will have several opportunities to meet each candidate, as noted at the end of this email.
We have attached the full schedule for the finalists. We will follow up with a link to the feedback survey when we send the biographical information for each candidate.
