The Delegate's Convention Packet
These are all items of business which you as a delegate will need to vote on during the Convention. Please review closely and familiarize yourself with the contents of this packet. It includes:

- Nominations for Standing Committee, Trustees of the Funds, Virginia Diocesan Homes
- Resolutions
- Courtesy Resolutions
- Amendments to Constitution and Canons
- Budget, Narrative Budget and Budget Resolution
Contains the approved proposed constitutional amendments and approved resolutions from the 79th General Convention of The Episcopal Church from its meeting in Austin, Texas in 2018. They are presented to share with the Diocese of Virginia, and all the other dioceses that comprise The Episcopal Church, for review and consideration by all dioceses. No action is required on these items.
Contains the reports from diocesan committees and organizations documenting their ministries and accomplishments in 2020.

Constitution & Canons 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Committees of Convention will hold Open Hearings via Zoom, where delegates will have the opportunity to speak to resolutions, the proposed budget, and Constitution and Canons. There is a single link to join all hearings.
