SUMNER 2023 Facilities Set Up & Disassemble 

Thank you for volunteering for the facilities set up and disassemble team. Your team leads is Paul Kelly.

The Facilities Team helps Compassion events staff keep track of equipment and supplies from the time it leaves our office to when it comes back, ensuring it's organization and safety. For team members that want to be there for the day of the healthcare event, helping keep order to inventory, make any small adjustments, repairs, or replacements, as well as aiding in unforeseen issues like electrical cords, lighting, and necessary placement of equipment and furniture. Moving equipment and supplies to/from our clinics trailer requires lifting, but that is why the more the merrier! While it sounds like work, we are known to get some of the best treats and play music the entire time-- it is often more fun than anything!
