Temporary summer sublet relief program
Dear Tenant,

As online summer programs will result in a very limited sublet market, we are announcing a temporary sublet relief program for 2021 in which eligible residents may apply to vacate their apartment for a period of one, two, or three months between May 15, 2021 and August 31, 2021 and receive a rent adjustment In the amount you would have paid for the agreed upon period (net of any other adjustments or stipends). Be aware that it could take four weeks for the adjustment to go through, so keep that in mind regarding registration requirements.

We're delighted to be able to support you in this way and ask that you carefully read the details below so that there are no misunderstandings about the requirements and commitments on both sides.
