2021-2022 Curriculum Leadership Committee Sign-up - LAST CALL

If you are interested in serving on a District Curriculum Leadership Committee this year, please take a look at the 2021-2022 Committees and fill out the Committee Sign Up form by noon on Monday, August 30. Please remember we are recommending that veteran staff serve on NO MORE THAN one District committee and new staff (first and second year teachers) serve on zero. Thank you for your interest, dedication, and commitment to the work of District 67!

Staff Resource Board

Where can you find information regarding Lake Forest School District 67 and the Lake Forest community? We invite you to view the following D67 Staff Resource Board to help you discover, explore and navigate District 67 and the Lake Forest community. Have fun! (Created by Traci Franksen and Laura Montgomery as part of the District Mentor Program.)

Technology

Need hardware support? Fill out a ticket help.lfschools.net (not Schooldude).

Need a tech coach supporting you on apps, iPads, websites? Email d67learns@lfschools.net

A reminder that this year subscriptions must be on the APPROVED list due to Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA)

STUDENT SUBSCRIPTIONS APPROVED   /   TEACHER SUBSCRIPTIONS

This legislative mandate is an adopted district policy. All this information can be found on the T&L website > Technology

If you are a K-4 teacher you will notice that EPIC! Is not listed. Consider the other digital resources and reach out to Denise Galatsianos for more ideas.

XtraMath is another resource removed without a SOPPA agreement. Becky Saxena can support you in finding a replacement.

iPad chargers should be left at home with students and not in classrooms. If you need a charging station in your room, a help ticket is the answer - Help.lfschools.net. iPads should come to school charged each day.

This year all K-8 iPads will go back and forth with students each day. They should not be stored in the classrooms.

1-4 Clever badges will be delivered on the 1st day of student attendance to your classrooms.

Brainstormers

K-4 students have the opportunity to register for Brainstormer classes. Are you interested in sharing your passion while getting paid to lead a class? Brainstormers classes are held before or after school. Use this form to submit your class proposal. We host fall, winter and spring sessions.
