Sunday Services UPDATE
9:00a & 11:00a - Sanctuary (NO REGISTRATION REQIRED)
9:30a - Simple Worship (Chapel)

You may have seen the new guidelines released by the CDC last week that say vaccinated individuals now may go without masks. To that end, masks and social distancing are encouraged in the sanctuary as we continue to love our neighbor as ourselves and safeguard those who are not yet vaccinated (including children who are not yet eligible) but are not required for those who are fully vaccinated. We will continue to keep the balconies and side transepts roped off to ensure socially distant space is available and ask those that sit there to remain masked to maintain a space for those who may want a little more protection.
We invite our visitors and new members to participate in the next UCC & You class to learn about our church and our ministries, get to know our ministers, and hear what it means to be a part of our family here at University Christian Church.

It’s a four-part series and we welcome you to come to all or part of the series. This class is available in-person and on Zoom, for whichever best suits your preference.

You may register by clicking below or by contacting Stacy McCoy at stacy.mccoy@uccftw.com.
If you have been thinking about becoming a member of our UCC family, now is your chance! On Sunday, May 23 during the 9:00 am and 11:00 am services, we will have a ceremony for everyone interested in placing their membership. We also encourage anyone who became a new member in 2020 to come for this in-person experience. You are welcome to choose whether you want to come to the front of the church or stay in your pew as you are recognized.

Please contact Stacy McCoy to participate or if you have any questions.

We can't wait to include you on this special day!
UCC OUTREACH
On Saturday, May 29, from 1:00p - 4:00p, we will hold a follow-up drive-through vaccination clinic in the parking lot at University Christian Church in partnership with TCU. NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED.

Individuals 18 & up will receive the second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccination. Please remember to bring your vaccination card. If you have lost your card and received your first Moderna dose at UCC on May 1st, you can still receive the second dose. First doses of Modern will be available to those 18 years and older, but recipients are responsible for scheduling their second dose through TCU or the Tarrant County Health Department.

Participants will remain in their vehicles throughout the entire process and will enter the main UCC parking lot on Rogers Street.
Volunteers are primarily needed to help direct traffic but may be assigned to serve in other roles as needed. Volunteers must be 16 & up or partnered with an adult that has signed up.

THANK YOU FOR HELPING US CARRY OUT CHRIST'S COURAGEOUS LOVE!
To honor and celebrate the women who have birthed us and raised us, we’ll be collecting period products for local shelters and our ministry partners. Millions of people across the United States are suffering the consequences of not being able to afford period products, and the COVID-19 pandemic has only exacerbated this issue. 1 in 4 Women Have Struggled to Purchase Period Products in the Past Year Due to Lack of Income. Menstrual hygiene is a matter of human rights, not a privilege. Items may be dropped off on Sunday morning outside of Walker Hall, and on the afternoon of May 16th under the Porte Cochere. If you have questions or would like to collect items in your neighborhood or business, contact
