Wednesday Storytimes are Now at Town Hall

Our popular weekly storytimes are changing their location! Starting next week on Wednesday, April 19 at 10:30 am, come to the Town Hall Council Chambers at 800 Bloomfield Avenue every Wednesday for a drop-in storytime. We’ll share stories, songs, rhymes, and more! This program is best for ages 5 and under. No registration is necessary. We hope to see you there!

The Nature of Mindful Eating and Living

This program will help deepen understanding and awareness of the challenges and benefits of cultivating mindfulness of the five food groups in daily life. Also included is a powerful guided meditation designed to support mindful eating, living, and deep relaxation. For Adults.

10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's (Hybrid: Virtual or at the Bloomfield Senior Center)

Thursday, April 20 at 3PM

This program will help you recognize common signs of Alzheimer's disease and the next steps to take, including how to talk to your doctor. In partnership with Bloomfield Senior Services. You may attend on Zoom or in person at 330 Park Ave. For Adults.
