We are thrilled to hear feedback about this new communication stream. This month's newsletter focuses on Technical Publications and Communications Documents.

The myCFM web portal uses three widgets that provide access to Technical Publications and Documents for supporting customer engines. These widgets will display and allow downloading of all documents for models which each customer is entitled to view.
MyTechPub Widget
The myTechPub widget allows users to view up-to-date engine documentation online. Select the engine model you need in the widget, which will open a window to directly access all the latest technical publications by manual type. Documents can be searched, filtered, browsed and viewed.
myDownload Widget
You can also download any technical documentation in the myDownload widget. This functionality allows users to consult and/or install the viewer of the documentation in an offline mode. This is very handy for users without a consistent internet connection and for installing the documentation in a local network.

Did you know that the myDownload widget includes a variety of other documents to download? Be sure to look for the video tutorials available in the myDownload widget, there are a lot of interesting subjects available! 
Documents Widget
The Documents widget contains a variety of communications and reference documents such as All Ops Wires (AOWs), Fleet Highlights, Meeting Material and more. You choose the type of document you need from the dropdown menu which then displays those documents in the widget. Take time to explore the exciting world of information available to you in this widget!
Document Release Notifications
Documents are issued and updated regularly. Instead of searching each day to see what has issued or changed, you can enroll in the notification system and emails will be sent when documents are released. You can choose to have an email sent each time a document is released, as a weekly digest, or only visible from the “Notifications” drop down on the portal.
