The Lewisville Area Chamber is governed by a board of directors made up of members elected to serve either a one-year or three-year term.

The following member representatives have been nominated to serve either a one-year, three-year, or unexpired term:

Additional names of candidates for Directors may be nominated by petition bearing the genuine signatures of at least five percent (5%) of the qualified members of the LACC (Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce) entitled to vote in LACC proceedings as of the last working day of the month preceding the close of nominations. Such petition shall be filed with the nominating committee within ten (10) calendar days after notice has been given of the names of those nominated by the nominating committee and approved by the Board of the LACC. The determination of the nominating committee as to the legality of the petition(s) shall be final.
