10th Grade Students & Parents

We want to upgrade your technology!  If you have not returned your older model Chromebooks (Acer models and older DELL Chromebooks) to the Library to trade up for the BRAND NEW DELL TOUCHSCREEN Model, it is not too late. Bring your old device and charging cord to the Library and Mrs. Takamiya will swap it out for the new one, easy peasy! Library is open 7am to 3:15pm M-F.

If you are a 10th grader who never had a Chromebook through SVUSD and need one, you can get one too. Have your parents sign the quick online Chromebook Checkout Agreement at: go.svusd.org/chromebookcheckout. Paper forms also available in the Library.
Food Service K-12 - Meals will be provided to ALL students free of charge again this school year and for the foreseeable future! While families are not required to complete a meal application to access these free meals, they are encouraged to complete one to qualify for the additional benefits associated with this eligibility (P-EBT card, reduction in fees for bus passes, home internet access, utilities, and AP/SAT/PSAT testing). The application remains a required document to view in the data confirmation process. Our online application program has changed this school year. We are using Titan School Solutions. The link to access the online application remains on the food service homepage, http://educafe.svusd.org.

Secondary Service - We WILL be using the POS computer system at both Intermediate and High Schools. Students will sanitize their hands and then proceed through service lines (speed lines or kiosks) as they have prior to COVID. They will make their food selections and then enter their student ID number into a pin pad to be processed. Breakfast will be served at morning snack break and lunch at lunch break. We will not be selling any items a la carte to start out the year.

PLEASE NOTE: Water is not being given out or sold by SVUSD food services this year. Lunches will include either milk or juice, but drinks are not available to purchase separately. MVHS does have a filtered water filling station located in the library for all students to use.

Extra items being added to high school lunches on Wednesdays will be either chips, cookie or rice crispy treat.
