Recharge Your Team

As companies continue to return to the office and employees trickle in, finding ways as a leader to re-engage the team can be a daunting task. Identifying the changes they've been through and how each individual responds to pandemic procedures may be your first move, but what's next?

That is where the Florida SBDC at FAU steps in with an online workshop, at no cost, designed to help business owners, managers and team leaders maximize the talents of their teams to increase their profits and capitalize on their most important asset – their people.

This workshop will:

  • Help your team understand how current behaviors may be dysfunctional and create barriers to achieving optimum results
  • Give specific ideas and activities to help you create a more cohesive team
  • Offer 30 effective questions for building accountability and action
  • Discuss the application and successes of the Turbo-Charge Any Team system

"Betina thanks for reaching out. We are doing ok. The PPP funds were definitively lifesavers. Not sure if we would have survived without that. We are still running a deficit to 2019 sales but business is coming back strong. Thank you for all your support and assistance you provided throughout the process. Things were a bit overwhelming at times and you were the difference between giving up and pressing on.

-Elan Levy, Pyure Aveda Lifestyle Salons, Broward and Palm Beach County
"[Annette Gray], I would like to thank you for your guidance and direction during such a necessary time in many of our lives. Because of your support, my company has obtained an EIDL Loan, finally created a website, expanded my team and gained two solid client opportunities. If every specialist at the SBDC is like you, small businesses across America are truly set up to thrive from this point forward. Thank you, thank you, thank you,"

-Cheryl Hargrove Howard, Ingenuity Promotions, Palm Beach County

Whether you’re looking for a traditional bank loan, government-backed loan or a loan provided by an alternative lender, our specialists have the tools, expertise and resources to help you obtain the financing needed to succeed.

While Florida SBDCs do not loan money or administer grants, our Capital Access Specialists maintain valuable relationships, public and private, with local lenders and understand their lending requirements.
