Homecoming Dance 2021
Thanks to the incredible generosity of Miron Construction, we are excited to share that this year’s Homecoming Dance will be outdoors and mask-optional, per our students’ request. The dance will take place at 1471 McMahon Dr, Neenah WI 54956. This is adjacent to Miron’s headquarters in the Town of Fox Crossing.

Some details to remind your student:
-Each person must have a dance ticket to enter. Tickets are being sold at lunch all week - $13 per person. Those bringing a guest from another school must also purchase a ticket for their guest.
-Once a student leaves the dance, the student may not re-enter. Students should make sure to bring all personal items with them to the tent when they check in.
-Heels are not recommended, as we will be using the grass. We recommend flats or other practical shoes.
-We will have water for the students during the event.
-Parents who are picking up their student at the end of the night are asked to please make sure they are in the parking lot by midnight.
Dress Code Survey
We are asking parents to take a brief survey as we prepare to study the Xavier dress code. There is one proposal currently being advanced by our Honor Council and then a more general set of questions. Please click here to complete the survey.
We are excited to be planning a re-imagined Celebrate! We had a fabulous kickoff meeting in September with both veteran and brand new volunteers! There is still time to join in the fun as we always welcome new committee members and we still have many key decisions to make. The next meeting will be Thursday, October 7th at noon in the library at XHS (we can direct you once you get here).
Questions or can’t attend, but still want to be involved? Contact Lisa at [email protected] or 735-9380.
Picture Retakes and Senior Class Photo
The senior class photo will be taken at X period on Tuesday, October 5. All seniors should be in attendance. Those with first block off are reminded to be there on time. We will use the stadium bleachers for the photo.

Any student who did not have her picture taken on orientation day or who needs a picture retaken will have the opportunity to have their picture taken on Tuesday, October 5 during 2nd block. Please plan accordingly.

Ethel Moehring Help Your Neighbor Day - We Need You!
On the afternoon of October 19, all students and staff will be participating in our annual Help Your Neighbor Day, where we go out into the community for an afternoon of service. We need parent drivers to make this event happen. You are assigned a small group of students to work with for the afternoon (you'll be done by 3). Both indoor and outdoor sites are available. If you are able to be a group leader for this amazing day, please contact Kate Geenen, Campus Minister.
