How to Register:
Attendees can register through the AOASM online portal registration link below, or download the pdf registration form on the AOASM Conference webpage. You can mail/fax the completed paper form to the AOASM National Office.
Online registration is open for the 2023 Annual Meeting. Please remember to renew your AOASM membership prior to registering for the Conference. You will need to be logged in to your member profile to receive the member discounted rates.

The rate for single to quad occupancy is $254/night plus applicable occupancy taxes from the City of Anaheim.
The AOASM has only contracted sleeping room at the Disneyland® Resort Hotel. If the reserved room block numbers are not met, the AOASM could incur penalty fees. Please help keep costs down by making your reservations at the Disneyland® Resort Hotel during AOASM 2023!

Important Hotel Policies:
- To confirm a guaranteed room reservation, the hotel requires, with a credit card, one (1) night’s prepayment deposit when reserving your hotel room.
- If a guest’s reservation must be canceled or changed, the guest must notify the hotel at least five (5) working days prior to his/her scheduled stay so as not to forfeit the one-night room (plus tax) deposit.

Happy February everyone! This calendar year has been a busy one already with much more to come. Students, please continue to be on the lookout for emails regarding the regional conference in your region. Your region representatives have worked very hard to bring you high-quality learning experiences prior to the clinical conference in April and you won’t want to miss them. Speaking of the clinical conference, don’t forget to register for the 2023 AOASM Clinical Conference April 26-29th and book your room at the Disneyland Hotel! For any students interested in getting involved with SAOASM as a Region Representative, Research Liason, National Vice Chair, or National Chair, we will be hosting a virtual information session on May 2nd, 2023. Details regarding this session will be sent out via email in April. I encourage all of you to get involved with SAOASM and am happy to talk with you about it when I see you at the 2023 Clinical Conference! We have a great webinar this month on February 28th featuring Dr. Warren Bodine, DO, FAOASM, so please make sure to attend!
