Principals' Update
Step It Up Fundraiser
This is a reminder to please consider completing the golden ticket assignment - sending emails to at least 10 friends and family members. Once these emails are sent, through the Step It Up website, your student will be automatically signed up for the golden ticket prizes and prize drawings. There will be a drawing tomorrow, October 23 for a set of Air Pods. Additional drawings for a Bluetooth Mini-Fridge filled with cash will take place each day Monday, October 26 through Thursday, October 29.

Thank you for partnering with us in this PTO fundraiser to support our students. We realize that there are likely a lot of financial asks of you right now so we greatly appreciate any contribution you are able to make.
Lifetouch Picture Pickup and Retakes
Photos and photo proofs will be handed out to students on Monday, October 26 and Wednesday, October 28 to hybrid students. EP Online students can pick up their photos Monday, October 26- Thursday, October 29 from 3-4 pm and Friday, October 30 from 8-12.

All students who have their picture taken get a proof, regardless of if they pay for pictures or not. This proof allows you to order pictures online using a unique ID and code. 

Retakes will take place during the school day on Tuesday, December 1st for Cohort A and Wednesday, December 2nd for Cohort B. EP Online will be able to utilize both days from 2:45-4:30 pm.
Free Meals
The USDA has announced a program to provide free school breakfast and lunch for all children. Eden Prairie children up to the age of 18 (and TASSEL students) are eligible to receive no-cost meals both for in-person and virtual learning days. No income qualification is needed; the program is open for all children. This program was anticipated to end in December of 2020 but has recently been extended for the entire school year of 2020-2021. PTO - Restaurant Nights
Please join CMS PTO at the following restaurants as they donate a portion of proceeds back to CMS! All fundraiser events can be found on our website and Facebook.

October 27, 2020 - Red's Savoy
·        Join us for pizza night at Red's Savoy! On October 27 from 5pm-9pm, Red's Savoy will donate 20% of sales directly back to CMS. All you need to do is mention Chow for Charity - CMS when you order.  

November 4, 2020 - Noodles & Company
·        Join us for a warm dinner at Noodles & Company! On November 4 from 4pm-8pm, Noodles & Company will donate 25% of sales directly back to CMS when you show the flyer. Online orders also qualify - use code GIVING25 when you order. 

November 9-14, 2020 - Nothing Bundt Cakes
·        Nothing Bundt Cakes will donate 20% of all sales that mention CMS for the week of Nov 9-14. These can be preorder cakes, so long as they are paid for in the week of the fundraiser.
