Springfield Municipal Returns to Phase One
Two Springfield municipal court employees tested positive for COVID-19. As a result, Presiding Judge Michael Cordonnier and Chief Municipal Judge Todd Thornhill have determined that the municipal division will return to Phase One (limited to critical cases and no more than 10 people in the courtroom.)
Marquardt Retirement Announced
Family Court Commissioner Jeffrey Marquardt has announced his retirement effective the end of January, 2021. Details on the application process will be shared with the bar as soon as available.
