January 2022
Happy New Year!
May the new year bring you new energy, new ideas, new goals and new achievements!

May you, your family, your friends find good health, good news and good cheer!

I am pleased to announce that we continue to weather the storm and remain positive and strong. We have so much to be thankful for and that includes the support and love from ALL of our students, teachers, staff, board, friends, family and fans. We have managed to keep our doors open and produce numerous programs this year, but as you know, it all takes money. If you are interested in making a donation now is a great time. (please find the link below)

Meanwhile, after our HOLIDAY BREAK which is (MONDAY, DECEMBER 20 - SUNDAY, JANUARY 2, 2022) We reopen the American Tap Dance Center on Monday, January 3rd, 2022 and I hope to see many of you in person in our on-going classes or at the occasional studio event. We have our annual Jam once a month, (see schedule below), and then who knows, I'm planning on adding a few in-house Tap TV events that I think you will enjoy. As always, take a look at our website for any changes or updates.

SO HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Sending all my best! And see you in the funny papers.

Year-Round Youth Program
Our youth program classes offer children and teens a chance to become immersed in tap culture. Classes focus on the fundamentals of rhythm tap, including clean technique, classic and contemporary tap repertory, and improvisation skills. Tap history, films, jazz music, and special guests deepen students’ appreciation of this great American art form. Our teachers bring decades of experience to the studio and create a warm, supportive and fun environment for learning.
The ATDF Youth Program is designed as a nine month program that runs from mid-September through mid-June. Each class builds cumulatively using a specific tap curriculum towards a performance at the end of the year. Please plan to make a full year commitment to your child’s tap class so that she/he has a satisfying learning experience.
