Welcome to Heartland Bank!
|
|
Victory Community Bank Clients,
I won’t be able to say that for long…in less than 30 days, you will be Heartland Bank clients!
To ensure a smooth transition and provide information in an easy-to-view format, I am including several how-to videos within this email. These are designed to provide an introductory overview and a first-look at several of the systems you will be using as Heartland Bank clients. I encourage you to view these prior to the transition day, ask questions in advance and understand how you will be affected.
I would also like to call attention to our Transition Guide, mailed in mid-August. This is a valuable reference source containing key dates, account information and FAQs for your review. The goal was to provide this information in a convenient style to keep it front-and-center and at your fingertips.
Feel free to give us a call at any one of the Northern Kentucky branches, or email me directly, Pamela.Goetting@Heartland.Bank, if you need additional information.
I will be connecting again soon!
Pam Goetting
SVP, Director of Northern Kentucky Region

Attention: Bill Pay Users!
|
|
YOU HAVE SOME HOMEWORK!
Just a few items on your to-do list for a smooth conversion weekend!
Payee details, transaction history, and any automatic/recurring payments you have scheduled in the VCB bill pay system will NOT be transferred to Heartland’s Bill Pay. All payees and automatic recurring payments will need to be documented from the VCB bill pay system before re-establishing these in Heartland’s Bill Pay.
Before Victory’s online banking/bill pay system is disabled at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25, you will need to extract the following information for every payee that you want to re-enter into the new Bill Pay system:
- payee name
- payee account number
- payee phone number
- payee zip code
- and possibly the payee address
You will be unable to add new payees until you have enrolled in Heartland’s Online Banking system, on or after September 28, 2020.
