The 7th week of the 2023 Regular Legislative Session saw a few tracked bills move through the legislative process. On Tuesday, April 18th, HB 19 Individual Education Plans, by Representative Allison Tant, (D- Tallahassee) passed out of the Senate and was ordered enrolled. On Thursday, April 20th, SB 246 Florida Kidcare Program Eligibility by Senator Alexis Calatayud, (R- Miami) passed its final committee stop in the Senate Committee on Fiscal Policy. Additionally, SB 914 Suicide Prevention by Senator Ileana Garcia, (R- Miami) passed out of the House and was ordered enrolled.
