What a beautiful weekend! I hope that you have been able to spend some time outside this weekend as it was gorgeous!

This past week brought some challenges and I apologize for the last minute cancelation to our concert. Decisions are never easy and it's always hard to know what the right answer is. I am working to come up with a plan that will allow our students to showcase the work they had done for the Fall Harvest concert. Stay tuned for more information on that. :)

Tuesday is the due date for our pie fundraiser for the middle school show choirs. Please make sure all orders are turned in by then.

Some reminders:

  • Show Choirs are helping the middle school show choirs raise money this year by participating in the Pie Fundraiser that will take place of the Little Elegance/Rhythm Express Breakfast sponsored by Kiwanis. We are asking all families to help us out by purchasing or selling some pies from Servatii's! Little Elegance and Rhythm Express students are being challenged to sell 5 pies each - but it would be amazing if everyone in the program did! Every pie sold will bring $5 to the program. These will be ready in time for Thanksgiving! More information is on the form below.

  • CHARMS: All students should now be on Charms. If you have trouble accessing your account, please contact Mr. Mercer so that he may assist you. Note: Mr. Mercer can no longer reset passwords with the new system. The following was sent by Charms:
  • Go to: www.charmsoffice.com
  • Select the "Login icon" and Enter as "Parents/Students/Members"
  • Enter the School Code (Fairfield2021) and press "Enter"
  • If you do not know your password, put 12345678 in the password box and press enter. This will bring up a screen that will allow you to enter the students name and email address or cell phone number. Please know, this needs to match the information on the STUDENTS PROFILE. A reset link will be emailed or texted to you.
  • AFTER SCHOOL & CALENDAR: All after school rehearsals will begin this week as scheduled on the calendar. The calendar can be accessed here: https://teamup.com/ksg3tve4tyr2xoh3oj
  • PAYMENTS: Please remember to refer to our How To Pay Fees page on the website (https://www.fairfieldchoirs.com/makeapayment) when making payments. We do not accept any other forms of payment than what is listed on the website.
  • FORMS: Where can you access the handbook? Where can you request an absence? Where can you find a list of private voice teachers? Check out the forms page here: https://www.fairfieldchoirs.com/forms
  • GROUP SPECIFIC INFO: Below in the e-mail you need to find the group(s) that you are a part of to get information specifically for you. Be sure to read through the information entirely so that you will be successful.
  • WEBSITE LOGIN: If you go to our website (www.fairfieldchoirs.com) and access the members portal, the password is Fairfield2020.
