PROGRAM MEETING

Blue Room, Pioneer Park
PLEASE NOTE: the regular day and time has  changed!

We hope you will join us at our first NBG Program Meeting of the year on Sunday, January 21 from 1:00 to 3:00pm at the Pioneer Park Blue Room. We will create an eye-catching wall calendar with a spiral binding and monthly decor consisting of 4"square collaged and decoupaged paper tiles, perfect for your studio! Bring your favorite paper scraps, and any other paper ephemera that you would like to add to your 2D mini art compositions. If you have matte medium or mod podge, you could bring some. We will have plenty on hand if you do not have your own supply. We will also provide a generous supply of colorful paper scraps, as well as 4"square backing tiles, and double sided tape for mounting artwork to pre-printed card stock calendar pages.

Please bring the following supplies:
small cutting mat
x-acto knife with extra blade
small scissors
short plastic ruler
1/2"- 1"flat brush for applying matte medium
clean jar lid to hold matte medium
water bowl or short cup
optional: small hair dryer to speed the drying process

A number of us just completed a really fine weekend of book-making with Margo. We will be happy to share with you a sampling of delightfully showy artist books featuring woven spine bindings!
