Today the Stonebridge Ranch Community Association (SRCA) Board of Directors approved the 2022 operating budget and annual assessment. The 2022 assessment amount is $865 (an increase of $25 over the 2021 fee).* The due date for the assessment payment is January 1, 2022.
Each year the SRCA budget is prepared by a team of homeowner volunteers and staff who are experts in financial planning, large-budget management, accounting, and investing. Based on their deep analysis of our budget and projected future needs, they recommended this increase. This assessment provides a balanced 2022 budget, maintains a responsible reserve fund, and helps ensure our premier lifestyle for years to come.
