Many students struggle to believe that they can make an impact in their lives, in the lives of the people around them, and in their communities. In this keynote, Dillon shares three major lessons that he has learned over the past number of years regarding impact creation. Firstly, the importance for young people to be their true authentic selves in a world that is telling them not to. Secondly, Dillon showcases the power of what can happen when a community comes together to achieve a common goal. Lastly, he shares the hard truth that in order to create an impact, individuals need to choose discomfort consistently. Dillon uses storytelling, humour, and motivation in this keynote to drive these points home and educate students in a fun and engaging way.
