Dear Skålleagues,

On September 10, 2021, Skål International USA returned to live in-person proceedings, hosted by Chicago Skål, after a hiatus of 19 months of not meeting with the Skål USA clubs in-person. Thirty clubs gathered to share ideas, conduct Skål business and most importantly catch up with the friendships we all so missed throughout the pandemic shutdowns. Special guests from Skål Canada (ISC Jean-Francois Cote and Skål Mexico President, Juan Ignacio Steta Gandara were in attendance as well as Senior Vice-President Skål International, Burcin Turkkan.

During the two-day gathering we conducted one National Committee Meeting (NCM) as required by the Skål USA By-Laws and two very well attended workshops on membership recruitment/development and Skål Communications via Skål.org and the new forthcoming USA.Skål.org (SkålUSA.org) newly branded website.

There were so many ideas shared during these business sessions, we have assembled the recordings and notes so you can share them with your membership whether you were in attendance or not. For those not able to attend, we hope to see you at the 2022 NASC gathering being held in Orlando, FL and sponsored by SI Orlando.
