SUM2023 Dental Set Up & Disassemble Team 

Thank you for volunteering for the Dental Set Up and Disassemble team. Your team lead is Brent Allan brent@theallans.com

This team is integral to the success of the event! On the afternoon prior to the event (usually Friday 3pm), the team arrives to assist the Dental Operations Manager unload and set up the dental and medical rooms. They also help setup the venue facility with tables, chairs, signs, etc. On the actual day of the event, the same team returns in the afternoon (usually Saturday 3pm) to begin taking down and storing all of the equipment and restoring the facility. Moving equipment and supplies to/from the trailer requires lifting, but that is why the more the merrier! While it sounds like work, it’s fun to be a part of transforming a facility into a professional healthcare venue in just a few hours. Then the next day, take it down and button it up for the next chance to serve the community with the hands and love of Christ.
