Ms. Gipson has worked for over 20 years at the In K-16 levels of education in Catholic and private schools and collegiate levels. She began her career in the 1990’s at UCLA-CAIP as the Program Coordinator for Science Programs. She then moved into College Administration and served in several positions. She enjoys teaching and learning from her students.
Ms. Gipson earned her M.A.Ed., in Administration and Leadership, summa cum laude at La Sierra University, a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy and Postgraduate studies in Elementary Education at Cal State University Dominguez Hills where she also graduated with honors. She is an advocate for equitable education and computer literacy for K-12 students. She believes there is enough equitable wealth for Servant education leaders who are faith filled, and the stamina to lead in an inclusive Catholic organization with integrity and dignity.
