Power Ranch Overseeding Schedule 
Although the days are still warm we are nearing our annual overseeding schedule for the Power Ranch Community. Scalping of common areas is scheduled to begin the last week of September. Please remember that these dates are subject to change based on weather. We ask all residents to kindly keep foot traffic to a minimum in marked areas of over-seeding through the month of October. Did you know that the Association office offers multiple methods for Power Ranch homeowners to pay their quarterly dues? Quarterly dues may be dropped off at the Association offices anytime. If it is after business hours we have a locked dropbox for your convenience. You may also set your account up with a direct debit service, set up for electronic check payment or make a credit card payment online (fee may apply).
