December 2020 E-Newsletter
It's Been a Year!
Who could have predicted 2020? Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine the events that have kept the SEFAA Center shuttered since mid-March. We've had to pivot to online programming and have (surprisingly!) discovered there are benefits to going virtual - no traffic jams, no packing up/transporting supplies, and no geographic barriers. We've had virtual class participants from The Netherlands, Finland, Nigeria, and from many states outside of the Southeast along with instructors from Alaska and Mexico. Now, we actually have to consider time zones when scheduling classes and events.
In spite of what 2020 has thrown at us, though, we are still here - a vital and viable community devoted to fiber arts. We've survived because of your support. Thank you!

PS We hope to reopen the SEFAA Center for small, safe events in the first quarter of 2021. So, here's to a new year of textiles and being together once again!
