Colleagues and friends:

As the school year draws to a close, it's natural to feel a sense of excitement and anticipation for what's ahead for our students. At the same time, we may also be feeling a sense of chaos and disarray as we try to process the past year and plan for the next. In times like this, it's more important than ever to seek coherence and motivation in our work. As educators, we have the power to create learning environments that are both supportive and engaging for students, but we can only do so by first making sense of our own work and then harnessing what we learn to bring our best work to students. So, for this month, we're sharing with you some of the work TLA is doing to make sense in a time of noise and share examples of meaningful success to motivate you through the end of the school year.

No matter your role in supporting students, we hope that our newsletter will inspire you to take a moment to reflect, regroup, and re-energize as we move forward. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to creating a better future for students.

With gratitude for your partnership,

Ryan Mick, Chief Program Officer
