The military entry service test, known as the ASVAB (Armed Forces Vocational Aptitude Battery) will be given on October 26th in the lunchroom for students enrolled at Mary Persons High School.
Any student who is considering military service or if you just want to see if you qualify for a military job that could earn you a great enlistment bonus, top secret clearance, or a great technical skill, should sign up.
There is no obligation to the military in taking the ASVAB. This test only identifies what skills you have and what military service jobs they match to. Take this opportunity to explore military service career options. The test is for students who are 17 years old or who will turn 17 by the end of the year and the score is valid for 2 years. There will be a second ASVAB test scheduled for next semester also. Stay tuned for information on signing up for the fall ASVAB on October 26th!!!
