In order to assist you in putting together your safety plan we are providing you with the following links to many resources you may find informational and helpful:

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENTS!!!
2020 NABOR President, Steve Hayes
Hello, NABOR members! The year 2020 continues to be an interesting time for everyone in the world. Louisiana continues to battle COVID-19 in terms of business, physical health, and mental well-being and most recently encountered Hurricane Laura. We have many REALTOR® friends in all parts of the state and many have been personally affected by this devastating storm. Our heartfelt prayers for all those who have experienced loss during all the challenges we have faced.

We recently announced the unfortunate cancellation of the Awards Gala even after Cillen Meisler and the Special Events Committee had reserved the space for us to hopefully host it in September. The Phase 2 restrictions have kept us from doing so and we are completely disappointed with that. Each member and affiliate should have received a full refund of their ticket or sponsorship. Thank you very much for your patience while we worked through the details of that event.

Live Events
Going forward we are working to start hosing some smaller live events which is very exciting! Currently we are scheduled for a 20-person Boot Camp in Covington and up to 100-person Mandatory Update Course in Pearl River!! Terry Hughes, NABOR Director has been very gracious in allowing us to utilize her event center, Bien-Venue, while observing their COVID-19 restriction policies. We are excited to have this opportunity to present live CE and hope you won’t mind the short drive to see everyone! We also still have online CE available with many discounts offered at nabors.theceshop.com if you choose the homeschool option.

NABOR Office Moving
In other exciting news the NABOR office will be moving! In an effort to provide more services and better support for our members and affiliates we have secured a larger office space that includes a training and board room where we can hold small meetings and NABOR New Member orientation. We will be moving to that new location after September 15, 2020. The new address is 5001 Hwy 190 East Service Rd Unit A4, Covington, LA 70433. The location is on the service road next to Lakeview Hospital which is just off the Judge Tanner/Fairway exit only 1 mile from I-12. This is very convenient for all members coming from St. Tammany, Washington, and Tangipahoa Parishes. Be watching for further details.

Coming Soon--Online Membership Portal
And yet MORE exciting news!! Also, in order to provide better and more efficient services to our wonderful members NABOR is moving all membership management to an online Association Management System (AMS) called GrowthZone. We are super excited about this as for many years the staff have been managing memberships with spreadsheets. Now, each member will have a personalized portal where they can find up to date NABOR resources and news, update their personal information, register for events, and pay dues. There is still much work being done before we launch this system but soon you will receive detailed information via email.

Even during these difficult times, the leadership at NABOR have been working extremely diligently to upgrade and improve member services going forward. Rest assured, you, the members, are our primary focus and there are even more great things to come from NABOR very soon!

NABOR continues to provide
Online Education Exclusively for Our Members!
In an effort to best serve our NABOR members, now and in the future, we have partnered with The CEShop to offer you online education. If you have anyone looking to obtain their license you may share our link with them so they too can enjoy the future benefits of NABOR. You also have up to 12 months to complete any courses you purchase.

To be clear, once we are able to have group meetings again, NABOR will continue offering FREE live CE courses as always. The online offerings expand our abilities to offer a wider range of topics and meet the different learning styles of our members. This addition is meant to augment our already great services.
