Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: A Place to Call Home
Diversity is being invited to the party, inclusion is being asked to dance. What is Diversity? In this modern time we are seeing many changes and challenges to our families and community. We may often thin about "the good old days" when it seemed that thing were easier and life was simpler. What is Equity? Change is inevitable in our lives and our community. How do we face changes and challenges, and still ensure a safe and welcoming place for all of us? What is Inclusion? We all need to feel welcomed and valued in our friendships, in our family and in our community. What makes a place feel like "home" for you? CKC: DIV
