What is your Background and Work Experience?
After graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Santa Barbara I decided to enroll at the GIA-NY where I received my Graduate Gemologist (GG) degree. I practically grew up in this business as my family had a few pawn shops which were established in 1979.

In 2018, we acquired Assured Pawn Shop in Gardena which I have been running since its inception. I feel people have a weird stigma with pawn shops, but it is a fun environment and a way to help the community. I hope to expand the business by acquiring additional shops in the future.

If you could give some advice about your business what would that be?
