As Cases Rise, Need for Protective Measures Grows |
|
Princeton continues to see a rise in the number of COVID cases. Several of the cases have been traced back to travel, workplace, household exposure, or gatherings inside private homes. Especially as the cooler weather pulls more of us back inside, we have to remain extra-vigilant. It is more important than ever to take precautions to limit your exposure to the virus so we can work together to contain its spread: Wear a mask consistently and correctly; Avoid crowds; Stay six feet apart; Opt for the outdoors; Wash your hands.

All registered voters have been mailed a ballot. You can mail your ballot, deposit it in the special bin at 400 Witherspoon, or bring it to a polling place on Nov 3. Now is the Time to Get Your Flu Shot |

Get your flu shot now to develop an immune response before flu season. Community clinics run by the health department are scheduled through November with limited clinics being offered after Thanksgiving. Call Nurse Kathy Korwin at (609) 497-7609 to reserve a spot. More info

Scam Alert: Beware of Sham PACs |
|
A warning from Princeton Police: Legitimate political action committees are federally registered groups formed to raise and spend money to elect or defeat candidates. Scam PACs exist primarily to raise money for themselves. These sham PACs mount aggressive campaigns by phone, mail and social media to lure potential donors, often targeting older Americans. More info.

Donors Needed for Human Services Gift Drive |
|
Princeton Human Services Department is seeking donors for its 22nd Annual Holiday Gift Drive. Over 300 economically disadvantaged Princeton children will be filling out their holiday wish list. In addition to sponsoring a child, donors can also donate a gift card between $50-$75 for parents/families of the children being sponsored. More info.
