DECEMBER SING ALONG
Sunday, December 13th
4.30 pm
Our traditional fall hymn sing is going to take a different form this year. You are invited to join Gordon and the choir for a Zoom sing-along! We will sing hymns and carols for the Advent season as well as some Christmas favorites. Each hymn will be introduced, and then everybody will *mute* their Zoom connection, and the music will be broadcast with the words on the screen and the choir singing. You are invited to sing along in your home - if we can't sing together, at least we can sing simultaneously!
From O Come, O Come Emmanuel to Joy to the World, this will be an hour of festive, beautiful music, something to lift your spirits and to bring everyone some of that St John's musical zing. Mark this on your calendar. We are looking forward to making a joyful Advent/Christmas noise!

We wish her well in her new role supporting the day programs of the Community Ministries of our Diocese. Laura has also agreed to continue to do the bookkeeping for St John's for the foreseeable future.
Corporation and Parish Council have been working on a plan to cover the other activities that Laura was doing and we will share that plan with you next week. Stay tuned.
We thank Laura for her many contributions to St John's.
